I have never seen a big brother love “their” baby so much as John does! Often times when an older sibling comes to the studio it can be a challenge to get some good images together and I have to resort to some special tricks. But not this day . . . he wanted to hold his baby brother and love on him all day long! So. Darn. Cute!
This whole family was amazing and so fun to have in the studio! Little man was all about having his images taken for the first half of the session . . . and then he decided he was done. I tried for a while to get some more images since I had one goal, which was to get a photo of a specific hat for a vendor. Although he was much more interested in eating, we still managed to get an acceptable one 🙂 Well done little guy! This is one of the main reasons I ask parents to bring a pacifier with them to the session. It is amazing how well it can help get us through a setup quickly when they would rather be in the middle of a cluster feed. But, word of advice to you parents, please bring any other type of pacifier than a wubbanub – they’re super cute, but they do make trying to pose and move a baby very difficult 😉 I may have found that out first hand in this session 🙂
Now I’m waiting on all the images that this family ordered to arrive from my labs. I have most of it already and it’s BEAUTIFUL – I can’t wait to show you all, but in another post since I want them to see it first. Well, ok confession, so I may have done a periscope showing it yesterday, so if you happened to catch me there you already saw it, but we won’t talk about that 😉 And, in case you want to follow me there, you can find me as knittogether
