My husband is so good for me and to me. For instance, last week I was having a hard day (all of our kids were sick and I was just starting to get over a sickness) and he not only did the grocery shopping for me, but he arrived home with a some beautiful flowers as well! Seriously ladies, he’s awesome. He also comes in handy to bounce ideas off of – he helps keep my head on straight and have realistic expectations while at the same time encouraging me to dream big. I don’t know how he does it.
One of the ideas I bounced off him recently was the idea of the Christmas session set-up. I really wanted a “bed” that looked all cozy and Christmas-y. I thought perhaps having a nice white comforter and some really fun pillows would do just the trick. He was good to point out that it would look amazing if all I was taking photos of was the bed, but that if I added children to the bed, it would only detract from them. And, as we all know, when we have photos taken of our children, don’t we want to notice them and not the props?! I’m so glad I listened to him! I love the set up I had this year – and the variety of walls I got to use. 🙂 Which is your favorite wall?
Anyway, enjoy some of the cuteness now that it’s post-Christmas 🙂
